The Gunpowder Business Park is located along the Harford and Baltimore County line about 10 miles east of of Baltimore City. The majestic and peaceful Little Gunpowder River provides the dividing line between the counties, and this long forgotten and completely neglected business park sits less than 1/4 mile east of the river. It is located in Harford County on Pulaski Highway in Joppa, Maryland
